Group Rental Rates

Our rates vary by facility, the number of people in your group, and the number of weekend and midweek nights you stay.  Each lodge is a self-contained retreat facility that houses only one group, however both lodges can be rented by a single group.

ORCHARD LODGE:

Adults are charged $60 per person, per weekend night (Fridays and Saturdays).  The minimum rate includes the first 24 adults.  If the group has greater than 24 people, each additional guest is charged at half the regular fee per night.   Children age 2 to 11 are charged at half the adult rate.  Midweek rates are half of weekend rates ($30 per adult per night on Sunday through Thursday nights).

• Includes use of the commercial kitchen, dining and meeting room, Casa de Luz, Redwood Circle, the labyrinth, hiking trails, and other amenities.
• Meals are not included.

REDWOOD LODGE:

Adults are charged $45 per person, per weekend night (Fridays and Saturdays).  The minimum rate includes the first 15 adults.  The regular per person fee is charged for the 16th through 24th guests.  If the group is greater than 24, each additional guest is charged at half the regular fee per night.  Midweek rates are half of weekend rates ($30 per adult per night on Sunday through Thursday nights).

• Includes use of the commercial kitchen, dining and meeting room, Redwood Circle, the labyrinth, hiking trails, and other amenities.
• Meals are not included.
