REDWOOD LODGE: Optimal for groups of 5-30. Nestled among the Redwoods. 5 bedrooms (24 beds), fully-equipped kitchen, dining/sitting room, and lounge. Lovely tent-sites. 4 toilets, 4 showers.

Prices include the facilities only. Groups bring their own bed and bath linens, make their own arrangements for meals, and clean the facilities prior to departure.
Rates are effective March 1, 2008 and are subject to change without notice, but not after you have signed a contract with Quaker Center.
NOTES
Weekends & holidays must be booked for a minimum of two nights.
GROUPS LARGER THAN BASE SIZE:
- Extra charges pertain each day a group is larger than its base size.
- When a group is larger than its base size: adult overnight guests pay the advertised overnight charge (see front of sheet); day use only guests are half the cost of overnight guests; children (ages 3-11) are half the cost of adults; children 2 years of age and younger are free.
ADDITION OF OTHER FACILITIES:
- The self-contained, one-bedroom Sojourners Cottage may be added to a contract for $48/night (added to the Base Fee).
- The Haven (previously called the Art Center) may be added for $37/night (added to the Base Fee). The Haven is ideal for a workshop space, or for bedrolling. It includes a large open room, one toilet, and one outdoor, enclosed shower (with a very small hot water tank).
- Occupants of the Sojourners Cottage or Haven are counted as part of the group (e.g., for determining extra charges after the base size is met).
RATES FOR OTHER USES:
Available upon request are prices for:
- Blended weekend and midweek use.
- Day-only use by groups (available mid-week only).
- Sunday late afternoon weddings (with or without overnight accommodations).
- Personal retreats for 1-8 persons.
MEALS:
Both of the kitchens are fully equipped. Groups may do their own cooking or hire a cook. A list of cooks familiar with the Quaker Center kitchens is available from Quaker Center. Vegetarian meals generally cost around $7.00 to $8.00 per meal per person. Small groups may pay more. Non-vegetarian meals may be negotiated with the cook. Cooks charge extra if they perform meal clean-up as well as food preparation. Most cooks require an advance deposit.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS:
A contract will be mailed to you after you make a reservation. A deposit of 25% of the Base Fee is required three weeks from the date the reservation is made. Half of this deposit is refundable up to 5 months before the arrival date; thereafter, it is not refundable.
Three months prior to arrival, a nonrefundable second deposit of 25% of the Base Fee is due.
The two deposits are credited toward the final bill, the balance of which is payable before departing Quaker Center.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, you or the organization you represent is obligated to pay the total Base Fee less deposits already paid.
Some modifications to the refund policy may be made if (a) your cancelled dates are rented to another group, or (b) you cancel a mid-week, non-summer reservation.
